My enthusiasm for health and fitness started from young age, which meant my progression into personal training 6 years ago was only natural, and I have loved every minute of it. Seeing my clients improve their health and fitness, whilst learning to love themselves and achieve and surpass personal goals is by far the most rewarding part of my job.
I hold a full Diploma in Personal Training, sports coaching and developing. I have experience working within a number of different gyms in Milton Keynes, however am currently running inspired4Life through DW Gym and Atlas Gym in Milton Keynes.
Most importantly, I have trained a wide range of clientele from complete beginners, to experienced gym goers. My job is to tailor a programme specifically to your own unique needs and goals. Health and fitness doesn’t have to be a chore, it can be fun and enjoyable with Inspired4Life.

I have been a Personal Trainer for 5 years now. I hold a Level 4 Personal Training qualification with a specialism in Diabetes and Obesity Management. I am also a British Olympic Weightlifting coach.

I am a Dad to 4 young children, which means I fully understand the stresses of balancing your training, nutrition and everyday life. 1-2-1 Personal training provides you with undivided attention. Sessions are designed specifically to meet your own individual needs and goals. The personal training package gives you the option to train at either DW Gym, Atlas gym or in the comfort of your own home/garden.
Train with a group of up to 4 people and split the cost. This is a really good way to help you keep motivated and have some competition whilst keeping focused on your individual needs. You will still receive training instruction suited to your goals.
If you are unable to commit to the personal training package but want to succeed in your fitness goals, no problem! You can choose the online coaching option. If you want a 4 week training programme or full online coaching were you will be provided with unique diet and training plans and coached daily throughout the programme.
