 My Journey: From UK Marketing to Life Coaching/Business Mentor 

With nearly 30 years of experience in marketing and entrepreneurship in the UK and abroad, I’ve built and led successful businesses while mentoring others to do the same. In 2017, I fulfilled a lifelong dream by relocating to the beautiful Lot-et-Garonne region of France, where I launched a holiday rental business and embraced a more balanced, meaningful lifestyle.

In 2023, I became a certified Life Coach and began studying for my Diploma in Life Coaching, which I proudly completed in Spring 2025. I also became a certified DISC practitioner in 2024, allowing me to integrate personality insights into my coaching for deeper transformation.
